I built RentalHive because I kept seeing the same thing happen all around me — and it never stopped feeling like a waste. Someone buys a pressure washer for a spring cleanup. Uses it twice. It collects dust for three years. Meanwhile, their neighbour two streets over just paid full retail for the same thing. That disconnect bothered me. So I built something to fix it. RentalHive.ca is a local marketplace for the Lower Mainland — connecting people who own equipment they rarely use with people who need it for a project, a weekend, or a single afternoon. What you can find — or list: - Tools and construction equipment - Party supplies and event gear - Audio and sound equipment - Landscaping and yard tools - Photography and video gear - And much more If you own it and it sits idle, you can earn from it. If you need it and do not want to own it, you can rent it from someone local.
